About the Gardener
Cassidy Kohlmoos was raised in Bend, Oregon, and has always had a passion for the outdoors, design, and making beautiful things grow in challenging climates.
Cassidy graduated cum laude, and as a Phi Beta Kappa initiate from the University of California, Santa Barbara with degrees in Environmental Studies and Sociology. She moved to Jackson Hole to pursue her career in the ski industry, where she found a sense of place rooted in the unique culture of the region. In 2017, she decided to take her personal gardening hobby professional, and joined a team with a larger flower gardening company, where she eventually worked as the manager for a number of years.
Cassidy has an extensive amount of knowledge gained from experience working directly in some of the most prestigious gardens in the Jackson Hole, WY and Teton Valley, ID area. Over twelve years of outdoor work in mountainous terrain has given her invaluable insights into local sub-climates, weather patterns, and landscape exposures. She has a keen understanding of what plants will thrive in your garden, and has a talent for creating interesting, colorful gardens that will bloom throughout our short growing season.
Her personal gardening passion lies in designing perennial gardens and annual flower pots, although she truly lives by the mantra that every day spent outdoors creating beautiful things is a day well spent.
Cassidy resides in beautiful Teton Valley, Idaho.
